Low carb diets seem like they are a huge hassle. Not only that, but such diets seem to go against reason. In school, they teach you that carbohydrates are good. Eggs are a great option for those following a low carb diet. Many people associate breakfast with carb heavy foods and fatty foods. Bacon is an example of something that many people don't want to give up. Eggs and fruit juice are a good breakfast, however. As long as you don't use high carb cheeses or other additives, eggs are a great substitute for other high carb foods. You can make great omelets by simply adding fresh veggies to your eggs.

Continue your persuit of a natural food diet. Use all natural in order to combat those hard to follow prepackaged varieties. Although they claim to be good, Splenda, and those low carb bars are not good. These are not good alternatives to eating healthy natural foods to kill carb cravings. Your cravings could increase with the use of these products. Natural foods take care of the needs your body is experiencing. The body isn't fooled by those low carb bars although the mind may be. Instead of using tortillas, serve the fillings in a bowl. You may have to do more dishes but it's worth it to cut down on carbs. But eating a low carb diet isn't that different from trying to eat a well balanced diet. But you can find a number of low carb alternatives to the high carb foods that you love.
